Try goodreads for a week and fall in love

Try goodreads for a week and fall in love

Goodreads has won millions of readers and writers at such a high level that it is now part of a definite routine.

The reader finds the book (perhaps on goodreads), reads it, and runs to the site to read others’ reviews and give his or her own opinion.

Writers find their book on goodreads and have thousands of different readers’ opinions at their disposal.

What is goodreads?

What is goodreads?

Goodreads is an American website completely dedicated to readers and their favourite books.

Over the years they have managed to create a large, but above all, welcoming community.

It is extremely useful for people like me who forget the titles of all the books they read and therefore need a place to collect them.

You can create reading lists and share your thoughts with others through reviews so in-depth that they sound like school topics (in fact, being a reader or a writer often coincides).

Who is it for?

Goodreads is created by readers for readers. But there are many ways in which it can be used.

In fact, more people go to this site who want to share their passion for certain books and want to communicate with other fans.

This is also a great opportunity for writers, who can take advantage of the large traffic to create their own audience. Goodreads encourages writers to respond to their fans via the site, thereby gaining notoriety and creating a closer bond with readers.

Even if your book has not yet been published or even written, you can use the site to build a following and friendships that will help you launch your future book without the fear of it going unnoticed. Don’t miss this opportunity!!!

These are all the features of goodread:

It allows you to stay up-to-date with the news related to each book or series and you can:

  • decide on a number of books to read in a year
  • see other people’s challenges
  • save books you want to read
  • save books you have read or are currently reading
  • communicate with some writers
  • read and post reviews

Goodreads is a gold mine and has many features to discover.

For example, you can talk to your friends about the book you are reading and thus see if it is worth reading. The site focuses on sharing opinions so they really push communication between readers.

Personally, the thing I love most about the site is being able to easily see new releases and what people who have already read them thought of them.

It’s very useful for not wasting time and energy that can be spent on other books instead (of course don’t just rely on those, if you want to read a book do it).

These are mostly the things that goodreads does, what do you think? Have you ever used it?
